CHAD MIHEVC

Chad Mihevc represents clients in sophisticated corporate, general business and commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining Grobart, Flores & Mihevc, LLC, Chad was a Senior Attorney in the Law Department of Walgreen Co., where he represented Walgreens in a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions and in its national real estate expansion program. Prior to joining Walgreen Co., Chad practiced privately for a law firm concentrating in corporate law, commercial real estate and estate planning. Chad represents public and privately held companies, financial institutions, and individuals in complex commercial transactions, lending transactions, mergers and acquisitions, zoning and land use, and business formation, organization and finance. Chad is involved in a variety of civic, charitable and community organizations including serving as council president at his church, trombonist in a brass quintet, and a youth soccer and basketball coach. He received his J.D., M.B.A. and B.A. (Bronze Tablet) degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
