JAMES F. LECHOWICZ

Jim is an associate with Grobart, Flores & Mihevc, LLC, where he concentrates in real estate law, banking, finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. He serves a diverse client base that includes financial institutions, small entrepreneurial businesses and large established companies. James has extensive experience in closing and financing commercial transactions for buyers, sellers, lenders and borrowers, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements. James also has experience in zoning and land use law, including representing clients at zoning and other public hearings, obtaining variances and conducting meetings with public officials and zoning administrators. James received a B.S. from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and a J.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law.
