YVETTE FLORES

Yvette has extensive experience handling all aspects of commercial and retail development, acquisitions, leasing, construction lending and commercial transactions, both as counsel and also as an experienced real estate manager. Yvette brings not only her legal talent and ability to the practice of law, but also her many years as a real estate manager responsible for site selection and business negotiation of transactions for Walgreen Co. Yvette was an attorney with the Chicago office of Rodriguez & Villalobos, concentrating her practice on real estate and commercial transactions, before she then joined the Real Estate Law Department of McDonald's Corporation. While an attorney for McDonald's, Yvette completed approximately 100 McDonald's real estate transactions, was Attorney of the Year at McDonald's, was given an award for the most Innovative Real Estate Transaction, and completed projects in the States of California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada and Arizona.

Yvette was also Senior Counsel for Walgreens drug stores, in Walgreens' Real Estate Law Department, where she completed approximately 150 Walgreens real estate transactions nationwide and in Puerto Rico. She then joined the Walgreens Real Estate Department as a real estate manager responsible for the site selection and business negotiation of Walgreens stores in a variety of States. She is responsible for Walgreens approving over 70 new store transactions in the States of Arizona, Nevada, California, New Mexico and Texas. Yvette is a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, where she earned her undergraduate degree with honors. While at DePaul, she was a four year letter winner in softball and most valuable player her senior year. She received her Juris Doctor degree from The University of Notre Dame School of Law and was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court Team. Yvette has earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member designation and is an active board member of the Notre Dame Law School Advisory Council as well as a variety of other civic, community and charitable organizations. Yvette is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women and fluent in Spanish.
