AGTN Networks, through AGTN SB, LLC, acquired 100% of the capital stock of Spyderbat Inc, a leader technology company based in the USA, and specialized in detection, identification and supression of cyber-threats.

AGTN is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) specialized in providing solutions and services to major communication companies in Latam and the US.

GFM acted as legal advisors to AGTN through a team composed by Partners Mariano Gonzalez and Pablo Melhem and Associate Mariano Maida.
